Wallasey tunnel partially blocked after vehicle breaks down

Oh dear, looks like there's a bit of a holdup for some of our Wallasey drivers this morning! A vehicle breakdown has caused a partial blockage in the Wallasey tunnel, so do be aware if you're heading through. Hope it's sorted quickly for everyone!
